After years working as a Chef in professional kitchens, our Founder Paul decided to create his own sauces, pickles and chutneys during lockdown. These proved popular and requests started flooding in from family and friends – and after word spread - much further afield!
We are now happy to sell our delicious homemade products and gift baskets at local markets and fayres around Herts, Beds and Bucks - or of course, you can get your hands on the whole range online.
Paul and his Pickles have recently been featured on “Working Lunch” on Radio Tring, and in a dedicated segment on BBC Breakfast.
